Today let’s challenge ourselves to spend a day without technology and spend time with our families, friends and the world around us. It’s difficult but not impossible. So let’s start with the activities which can be a part of our day without technology.
Morning Time:
• Get up early and meditate instead of checking any new or prior
notifications.
• Go to your elders and greet them. Ask them to have breakfast together
instead of watching movies or cartoons.
Afternoon Time:
• Go to your parents, grandparents and have a talk with them. Ask them
about their childhood as well as your childhood days. Enjoy the company
of them and relive the old memories.
• You can also spend rest of your time playing indoor games with your
family members or read novels.
Evening Time:
• Go to your garden and plant saplings and water all the plants. Feel the essence
of the environment.
• Play outdoor games with your cousins and friends, create some good drawings
etc
Night Time:
• Help your mother arranging dinner for the family.
• Ask all the elders to join the dining table and have a wonderful time with them.
• By the time you sleep, write a diary expressing your feelings about a day
without technology.
These are the tips and tricks to spend a day without technology. We all know that technology is our basic need today but spending a day without it is a great task in itself.
