We all need a boost from time to time. While it might be tempting to chug an extra shot of espresso, sometimes the thing we need most is the power of positive thinking. Looking to thought, Mindfulness often inspires us to pause and live more fully in here and now.
When we’re mindful, we reduce stress, enhance performance, gain insight and awareness through observing our own mind, and increase our attention to others’ well-being.
To keep our students, stay positive and to relax their mind a webinar on *Mindfulness*
was organised by NLK Academy. The resource person enlightened our students with the magical aspects of Nature and its beauty. Our students understood that it’s important to have good habits and most important is to keep working on those good habits. Students understood the importance of meditation. Meditation heels our soul and relaxes our mind. It helps in enhancing our concentration.
Sessions taught our children power of positivity. We believe that there are many new things we should learn in our surroundings. The sessions taught the students to appreciate and thank the 5 essential resources of nature– earth, sky, water, nature and space.
Mindfulness Sessions developed the sense of respect and care in our children for their family members and for our surroundings.
